The annual event plays host to brokers and lenders alike. BC mortgage brokers were treated to a surprise guest appearance by internationally recognized real estate expert and motivational speaker Dr. Cliff Baird. On Monday, Baird kicked off three days of intensive training at Finder Financial Services’ industry-wide free educational event, open to all mortgage brokers, agents, and real estate or financial industry professionals.
The purpose of the seminar, called Underwriting Basics for Mortgage Professionals, is to present a step-by-step process for understanding underwriting, and to meet AMP requirements for Continuing Education Credits.
